BOOKING COORDINATOR (Turkish Office)

 Duties:

  • Provide timely satellite network scheduling and booking
  • Use windows based systems to schedule and update all international and domestic satellite space
  • Coordinate the local traffic and scheduling system with the Teleport facility
  • Book all international and local requests from the Turkish market
  • Establish relationship with customers to ensure accurate and high quality service to the market
  • Document quality standards, system anomalies, operational procedures and reference materials.
  • Proficiency with computer systems
  • When needed, do the booking thru mobile and remote systems

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (US Office)

Reporting to: V.P. of Engineering

Position Summary

We are looking for a talented Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via phone, email, and on-site visits. Primary Responsibilities

Software QA Engineer

Duties

  • Plan functional testing for software and applications (Software/Hardware), including Dual-Node Enterprise Server, Tempo and Digital Cinema appliances.
  • Develop and execute test plans.
  • Design and implement test cases.
  • Develop automation tests with Selenium and Fazzt scripts.
  • Direct Application engineering, operations, and customer support through QA Testing.
  • Ensure timely,effective, and quality delivery of software into production.
  • Identify, setup, test and troubleshoot permutations of software, hardware and network.

Requirements

Requires Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related and 2 years experience as Software QA Engineer. Must have experience creating, managing and analyzing test plans, in addition to performing regression, functional, performance, stress, black box, load, smoke, and integration Tests. Requires QA experience in digital signage industry, and knowledge of QA theories and tools. Requires experience writing Selenium scripts to implement automation testing, and knowledge of network configuration, LAN, WAN, file transmission, TCP/IP protocols, Bridges and Routers, Network Management and Security. Senior Network Engineer

Position Summary

Lead and/or assist in the design, implementation, and execution of projects for our customers including the Hollywood studios, cable companies, TV networks, major retailers and public safety agencies in the top cities.  Work closely with our world-class Network Engineering infrastructure team.  Assist in projects to design/deliver/install networked appliances on enterprise satellite/fiber/wire/wireless networks, and automate the operation, monitoring, and documentation of enterprise-wide networks.

Responsibilities

  • Network Engineering, consulting and S/W & H/W design, integration
  • Overall project development activities and successful implementation
  • Communication with project management and IT management
